We start by listening to you to identify your needs and  issues – and what you’ve tried that have not worked. Beyond that, we dig  deeper to understand your company and how you like to do business.
If Steadfast Associates, Inc. is a good fit for you, the next step is  for us to collect the physical data – how is your building network  diagram, what type of services are installed, for example – and measure  what type of traffic you currently experience. Then we define a  solution.
When a decision is made regarding a solution, you decide the level of  involvement of Steadfast Associates, Inc. We'll customize a plan for  you. 

 Steadfast Associates, Inc. will coordinate the installation and  implementation of your technical solution. From changing a phone to a  complete overhaul of your organizations hardware, software and  circuitry, we create a customized plan for you.
 

•     Serve as the intermediary between you and technicians.
•     Diagnose and isolate problems.
•     Engage resources to resolve issues.

 End users and administrators will be armed with knowledge to effectively use installed technology.
Options include:
 

•     Initial systems training.
•     Train-the trainer sessions.
•     Semiannual on site training sessions for end users.
•     Invitations to training seminars held by Steadfast Associates, Inc.

 Software will be kept up to date. You will have the advantage of the  latest advances in technology and avoid costly software conversions.
 

•     Labor to install software updates is included in the contract.
•     Interim software upgrades are included, when available.
