Steadfast Associates, Inc. is similar to a consultant service because we will listen to you and learn your business to develop a communications solution. Typically, you pay a consultant for their recommendation. But, you won’t pay Steadfast Associates, Inc. a dime unless you implement our recommendation. Then, we manage the technology and software installations.
You decide on our level of involvement after installation: we’ll either train your staff to maintain the system or we’ll do it for you. Our services include Service on Demand, Maintenance Policy and our most comprehensive package Managed Service.
