Maintenance Policy

 Typically, a hardware warranty covers parts. Less common are maintenance  agreements that cover labor costs when something goes wrong.
Maintenance is like an insurance policy: you’re paying to reduce your exposure to cost of loss. Steadfast Associates, Inc.  can expand your protection. As your maintenance contractor, we will do  our best to ensure that installed equipment is always functional. Parts  and labor associated with equipment failures will be covered. You're  covered whether or not your equipment vendor offers a maintenance  agreement.
 

•     Regular inspection of phone room and system.
•     Semiannual review of offsite backups for system database.
•     Annual preventative maintenance review.
•     Maintenance associated with hardware failures.
•     Equipment replacement as covered by system warranty.
